PCMflash continues to expand its support for the latest-generation ECUs and TCUs, particularly for BMW and Chinese vehicles. In the latest update, Modules 92, 82, and 86 have received support for several important ECU and TCU variants, including reading, writing, and checksum functions depending on the control unit.

1. Module 92 – Support for BMW Bosch MD1/MG1 with SPC5777M
In Module 92 – “Bosch MD1/MG1 ECU Service Mode”, PCMflash has added support for Bosch MD1/MG1 ECUs used in BMW vehicles manufactured after mid-2020, based on the SPC5777M microcontroller.
Supported functions include:
- ECU data reading
- ECU data writing
- Checksum verification
- Automatic checksum correction for FLASH
The addition of SPC5777M-based ECUs significantly expands Module 92 coverage for newer-generation BMW engine management systems.
This is an important update for professionals working with BMW ECU tuning, remapping, and ECU repair, especially on vehicles manufactured from the second half of 2020 onward.

2. Module 82 – Two Additional Bosch 7DCT300 TCU Variants
Module 82 – “Bosch SH725XX TCU Service Mode” has also been expanded with support for two additional variants of the 7DCT300 transmission control unit.
The 7DCT300 is a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission used in a wide range of modern vehicles. Support for additional TCU variants increases PCMflash compatibility with different hardware versions of this transmission control system.
Module 82 is designed to work with Bosch transmission control units based on the Renesas SH725XX microcontroller platform via Service Mode.
This update gives technicians access to additional 7DCT300 TCU versions that were not previously supported.

This control unit is used in Jetour vehicles equipped with the DF727 transmission.
PCMflash now supports:
