Return Policy

At ECUTools.vn, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where customers need to return a product. Below is our return policy to ensure your rights are protected.

Return Conditions

• Defective or Incorrect Products:
  • The product has a technical defect caused by the manufacturer.
  • The product received is not as described or differs from your order.
• Unused Products:
  • The product must be intact, unused, unactivated, and retain its original labels and packaging as received.
• Return Request within 7 Days:
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. After this period, we will not accept return requests.
• Important Note – Non-Refundable Products:
  • We do not provide refunds for activated software modules/licenses.

• Confirm and Send the Product:
  • After receiving confirmation from our support team, you will send the product back to our address:

  • The product must be carefully packaged along with any related accessories and documentation (invoice, warranty card, if applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the product, except when the product is defective or incorrect.
• Product Inspection:
  • Once we receive the product, our technical team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions.
• Return Processing:
  • Refund: If your product qualifies for a return, we will refund your payment to your account within 3 business days after your refund request is approved.
  • Product Exchange: You can choose to exchange for an equivalent product or store the amount paid as credit at our store for future purchases. If you choose to exchange for a higher-value product, you will need to pay the difference.

Taxes and Fees

• Import Duties and Clearance Services: Payment of import duties, customs clearance services, and all other related charges is the customer’s responsibility. These fees are non-refundable in the case of returns or exchanges.
